Fish: 500g
Green onions cut into short sections: 2
Slices of ginger: 20g
Soy sauce: 1tbsp
Olive oil: 1tbsp
Oyster sause: 1tbsp
Brow sugar: 1tbsp
Preheat oven to 330°F
Cut the fish into chunks around 3 to 4 cm.
In a cooking pot, steam or boil with ginger and green onion for 5-7 minutes
In a large bowl, use a fork to press the fish until it has fine texture.
Mix olive oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar with the fish.
Put the fish in a baking tray, bake for about 20 minutes until it's crispy and dry.
Wait for 10 minutes to cool down the fish floss, enjoy!
