Fish Floss

  • Fish floss also means fluffy fish meat. The most impressive image in my mind is the soft floss buns. Just with one bite, you can taste the savory fish floss and the super soft buns. Fish floss is also healthy and perfect snack for weight loss.

    Ingredients

    • Fish: 500g

    • Green onions cut into short sections: 2

    • Slices of ginger: 20g

    • Soy sauce: 1tbsp

    • Olive oil: 1tbsp

    • Oyster sause: 1tbsp

    • Brow sugar: 1tbsp

    Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 330°F

    • Cut the fish into chunks around 3 to 4 cm.

    • In a cooking pot, steam or boil with ginger and green onion for 5-7 minutes

    • In a large bowl, use a fork to press the fish until it has fine texture.

    • Mix olive oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar with the fish.

    • Put the fish in a baking tray, bake for about 20 minutes until it's crispy and dry.

    • Wait for 10 minutes to cool down the fish floss, enjoy!
