Protein Boba Tea Smoothie

    Ingredients

    • milk tea protein powder: 1 scoop

    • boba: 1/2 cup

    • Brown sugar: 1tbsp

    • Truvia Calorie-Free Sweetener: 2 tbsp

    • Yogurt: 2 tbsp

    • Milk: 1 cup

    • Water: 1/2 cup

    • Ice: 2 cup

    Instructions

    • Add 3 cups of water in a pot, boil the water.

    • Turn to medium heat, add boba, stir the boba, cook for 10 minutes

    • Put the boba in a small bowl, add brown sugar, then stir until brown sugar melts.

    • In a blender, put in milk and water, add protein powder, Truvia sweetener, ice. Blend until it becomes smoothie.

    • In a bottle, put in the smoothie and boba. Enjoy!
