Banana Oat Muffin

  • These banana oat muffins are so fluffy and moist. They’re easy to make with basic ingredients and only need one mixing bowl! Feel free to add mix-ins of your choice, like chocolate chips or blueberries.

    Ingredients

    • Olive oil: 1/3 cup

    • Honey: 1/2 cup

    • Egg: 2

    • Milk or water: 1/4 cup

    • Mashed ripe banana: 3

    • Baking soda: 1 teaspoon(tsp)

    • Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon(tsp)

    • Salt: 1/2 teaspoon(tsp)

    • Cinnamon: 1/2 teaspoon(tsp)

    • Whole wheat flour: 1 and 3/4 cup

    • Oat: 1/3 cup

    Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 350°F(180°C)

    • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. (You can add fresh blueberries or chocolate chips as well)

    • Pull the muffin mixture into the muffin cups or muffin tray, filling each cup about 4/5 full.

    • Bake about 23 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into a muffin comes out clean.

    • Cool down for about 10 minutes. Enjoy!
